How to add a favicon in Wix

On Wix you can replace the Wix favicon once your site has a Premium plan and a connected domain. Then it’s a single upload in your site settings.

Steps

  1. Make sure the site has a Premium plan and a connected custom domain; the favicon setting is locked otherwise.
  2. In your site dashboard, go to Settings and open the Favicon section.
  3. Upload your square PNG and save. Publish the site if prompted.

File to use: android-chrome-192x192.png (square PNG). Make it with the favicon generator (free, no signup).

Check it worked
